Most women are forced to make hard plans to lose weight, the technique is simple  you should monitor your  diet and get plenty of exercise

1- First thing to do in the morning is to drink water ( it will be better if you can add some drops of lemon juice)

2- Take a good breakfast ( you have to eat 45mn after getting up) no sugar, no butter (you can replace it by olive oil)

3- Drink  alot of water all the day

4- Stop eating after 18h00 pm and avoid all kinds of fastfood

5- Do a candida and colon cleanse regulary

6- Do a lot of exercices and espacially walking
